A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
Our process
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the provider. We may suspend accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with identification of the material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. We may restore the material as permitted by law.
