These Terms govern your use of pressline.tv, operated by Kalodyne Press Ltd ("pressline", "we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus (Ltd) at Alkiviadou 25, Flat 204, 1016 Nicosia, Cyprus. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
pressline is a web-based paid subscription that curates and ranks long-form investigative briefings, publishing a daily ranking and an archive. Six previews are open to all visitors; the remaining daily picks and the full archive require an active trial or membership. Playback is online only via a modern web browser.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login confidential. Membership is intended for one person; we do not currently offer family or team seats. You are responsible for activity under your account.
New members may start with a 7-day free trial with full access. We do not charge during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
You may cancel any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Beyond the free trial, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge, as described on the Refund page.
You agree not to redistribute, scrape, resell, or publicly perform our content, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or our Content Policy.
Briefings remain the property of their respective reporters, studios, and rights-holders, licensed to us for distribution. The pressline name, wordmark, and site design are ours.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
